How To Find Us
We are only 45 minutes from the M25 (Junction 6),20 minutes from Brighton,1 hour from Guildford,1 hour from Croydon and 1 hour from the Dartford tunnel. We are actually on the main A22 between Eastbourne and Uckfield. Look for us on the right-hand side if you're heading towards Eastbourne and the left-hand side if you are heading north towards Uckfield.

If you are coming as a family, we have an on-site café where you can get cooked food and hot drinks which makes for a perfect day out. We have our own free car park for over 50 cars. We also have Expectations Fabric Shop offering the best selection of all types of fabrics and made-to-measure curtains and blinds service, and The Pottery Painting Studio is also now open where children can paint pottery, leaving you time to explore our furniture at your leisure.
